**Requisitos**:
**Ubicación: Parque Industrial el Bajio. Tecate B.C**
- Experiência mínima 1 a 3 años en puesto similar.
- Experiência en un entorno de almacenamiento/distribución.
- Fuertes habilidades de PC, incluida la competencia en Microsoft Office Suite.
- Habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
- Habilidades de Análisis de datos.
- Fuerte atención al detalle.

**FUNCIONES ESENCIALES DEL PUESTO**:

- Llevar una correcta Administración del inventario (Confiabilidad de datos, seguimiento por devoluciones, etc.).
- Medir en cantidad la rotación de inventario.
- Medir el indicador Hit and miss.
- Conteos cíclicos (inventario físico y vía sistema)
- Liderar al equipo de almacenes.
- Mantener la seguridad en los almacenes.
- Controlar y reducir los costos de inventarios.
- Realizar Inventarios cíclicos de forma periódica para asegurar la precisión del mismo.
- Supervisar las actividades de replenishment (reposición) de ubicación de picking.
- Generar indicadores de desempeño de los inventarios.
- Elaborar reportes y presentarlos de forma diaria y semanal.
- Asegurar la correcta transacción de inventarios.
- Realizar análisis de discrepancias y proponer mejoras.
- Atender las juntas de acciones de seguimiento diarias Daily Management.
- Crear y brindar seguimiento a los procedimientos, formatos, instrucciones de trabajo o ayudas visuales relacionados con sus actividades diarias.
