**Brand and Digital Specialist**

Are you passionate about brand strategy, digital marketing, and creating impactful campaigns? We’re looking for a **Brand and Digital Specialist** to join our team and help drive brand positioning and lead generation across Mexico and LATAM.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns tailored to MX and LATAM markets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with chambers and associations to build strategic alliances aligned with UPS’s core industries.
- Launch, analyze, and optimize paid media campaigns across social platforms.
- Collaborate with sales teams to monitor and follow up on leads generated through digital initiatives.
- Coordinate with national and international vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing efforts.
- Oversee workflows, provide constructive feedback, and measure campaign performance.
- Analyze data and prepare strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and deliver marketing materials to support the sales team.
- Organize and manage speaking engagements, workshops, and webinars.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in brand and digital marketing at a strategic level.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
