**Treassury Assoc Analyst**

**Which is the main objective of this role?**

PepsiCo’s Treasury team is responsible for:

- Capital market activities, including funding, investments, banking relationships, credit rating agency management, and shareholder returns at the corporate level
- Supporting our global businesses on all Treasury aspects, including cash management, funding, and liquidity management
- Managing and hedging PepsiCo’s financial risks (e.g., FX, commodities, interest rate, etc.)
- Pension investment and liability management
- PepsiCo’s global insurance and risk management programs

This position reports to the Treasury Associate Manager of the Middle Office and is responsible for assisting the Middle Office team with confirmations and settlements of debt, foreign exchange, commodities, commercial paper, and interest rate derivatives. This individual will interact closely with other Treasury team members including Cash Operations, Foreign Exchange, Commodities, Capital Markets, and International, as well as other Corporate Finance partners.

**What will you be doing?**
- Confirmations and settlements of foreign exchange and commodity trades
- Confirmations and settlements of debt capital market activities including bond issuances, commercial paper, interest rate & cross-currency swaps
- Daily review of collateral settlements related to PepsiCo ISDA and CSA agreements
- Coordinate with the Accounting team on valuation and mark to market of the PepsiCo derivatives portfolio
- Ensuring compliance of SOX, Operating Controls, and other regulatory requirements
- Provide back-up assistance to other Middle Office team members
- Support Middle Office team projects and drive process efficiencies

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree required with preference for coursework in finance, accounting, and/or technology systems.
- 0 -2 years of experience in corporate treasury/finance, banking, or financial consulting
- Fluent in English
