The principal function of a finance assistant is

to provide administrative and financial support to the finance department,

ensuring the smooth operation of daily financial processes. This involves

tasks like processing invoices, maintaining records, and preparing reports, all

while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
- Prepare balance sheets
- Track and reconcile bank statements
- Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
- Process tax payments
- Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits

Experiência y requisitos

BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

Bilingual - English level advance - Necessary

0-1 Year of experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role.

Trainable attitude and desire to learn and improve skills.

Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad o Economía

Bilingüe - Nível avanzado de inglés Indispensable

0-1 año de experiência como Asistente de Finanzas, Oficial de Finanzas o puesto similar.

Se requiere disposición para aprender y desarrollar habilidades.
