Technical Support Responsibilities:

- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshooting L1 and L2 technical issues.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Resolving network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.

**Requirements**:
Technical Support Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer,
- sktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role Proficiency in Linux and Windows.
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows
- Good understanding of computer systems, wireless devices and other tech products
- Proficiency in computer network.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Proficiency in scripting language: bash, power shell or JavaScript
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
