**Supervisor de Almacén**

**Requisitos**:

- **Experiência en giro de logística y almacenamiento, fulfillment, 3PL**:

- **Ingles intermedio / avanzado**:

- Analisis de inventarios, cicloconteos.
- Proceso de revisión de discrepancias.

**Funciones**:

- Manejo y gestión de la productividad, calidad y servicio del departamento a su cargo
- Garantizar que los procedimientos de seguridad, prevención de riesgos y prevención de pérdidas de producto se lleven a cabo y se cumplan durante su turno.
- Proponer, implementar y cumplir programas de reconocimiento y comunicación a los empleados.
