Currently, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with at least 6+ years of experience, based in **Mexico City, Mexico**. **Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of a highly motivated & collaborative team that designs, develops and delivers software for our new CalAmp Telematics Cloud IoT Admin Application being built from ground up.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable and scalable software
- Identify performance bottlenecks and develop solutions to these problems
- Research and utilize new cutting edge technologies
- Lead, mentor and coach other engineers/interns that are local to the location and perform code reviews

Qualifications:
Must Haves
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English with ability to interact with diverse groups of people including remote and offshore teams
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence, motivate, coach & mentor other engineers
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently, as well as collaboratively, to take initiative, and to maintain productivity under pressure
- Bachelor's in Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience with below technologies:
Strong Pluses
- Master's in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in React Query, Next.js, i18next, Reselect, Enzyme, Preact Signals, Jest or other unit testing framework
- Experience working with GraphQL
