**Compensation & Incentives**
- **Salary**$19,161.30 MXN To $31,161.00 MXN gross per month.

**Job Overview**

As a New Business Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company, connecting with potential clients through various channels to understand their unique financial needs and provide tailored solutions. You'll play a crucial role in driving our growth while building lasting relationships that make a real difference in people's financial lives.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Build rapport with potential clients to understand their financial needs
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Maintain accurate customer records and data entry
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies

**Required Qualifications**
- **Fluent English and Spanish** communication skills (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of sales and/or collections experience
- Comfort with high-volume calling (125+ calls daily)
- Strong MS Office and typing skills
- Exceptional phone presence and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask effectively between phone and computer work
- Customer-focused mindset with adaptability to different personality types
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality standards
- Leadership potential and growth mindset
- Resilient and motivated by challenge
