Team Introduction
The Global Revenue Management team is responsible for the revenue contract review of the company's overall business lines.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Invoice Reconciliation**:

- Review and reconcile customer invoices with internal records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies, such as pricing errors or missing information, and take appropriate actions to resolve them promptly.
- Connect to client and/or agency to match consumption to PO and create a conciliation report to match PO numbers to invoice IDs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Tax and Sales Operations, to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the reconciliation process.

**2. Invoice Upload in Customer Portals**:

- Upload invoices accurately and in a timely manner to customer portals or electronic billing systems.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and follow established procedures for invoice submission.
- Monitor and track invoice submission status to ensure successful delivery and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.

**3. Billing Issue Resolution**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues efficiently and professionally.
- Investigate and analyze complex billing discrepancies, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify the root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Sales Operations teams to address customer concerns and provide satisfactory resolutions, maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.

**4. Communication and Collaboration**:

- Maintain effective and open lines of communication with Sales, Tax and Sales Operations teams, fostering strong working relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in the accounts receivable function.
- Participate in regular meetings to provide updates, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the finance department.

5. Perform cash Allocation and Recognition
6. Data analysis, regular reporting and other AR related work

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience or internships in an accounts receivable, billing or finance-related role is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and reconcile financial data accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external customers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in English
