Job Objective

Ensure efficiency and continuous improvement in cutting, silicon assembly, and sewing processes for airbag manufacturing, guaranteeing quality, safety, and compliance with automotive standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manufacturing Process Optimization
- Ensure compliance with cycle times and operational efficiency.
- Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues to reduce waste and rework.

Quality Control and Standards
- Ensure that processes meet quality requirements and regulations (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
- Implement improvements in material and final product quality control.
- Conduct defect analysis and establish corrective action plans.

Automation and Technology
- Evaluate new technologies and equipment to improve cutting and sewing precision.
- Develop improvements in machinery and tools to optimize production.
- Implement automation methodologies in key processes.

Standardization and Documentation
- Create and update work instructions, procedures, and PFMEA.
- Define operating parameters and production standards.
- Train operational staff on best practices and process changes.

Safety and Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure that processes comply with occupational safety and hygiene regulations.
- Implement improvements to minimize occupational risks in cutting and sewing areas.

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Textile, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Technical Knowledge:

- Automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Process analysis and Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, Six Sigma).
- Use of CAD/CAM software for process design and improvement.
- Statistical control methods and problem-solving techniques (8D, 5 Whys).
- Skills:

- Data analysis and problem-solving.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Teamwork and leadership.
- Adaptability to production changes.
