This position will provide support to ensure and maintain the quality system as well as assist in its strengthening with a focus on monitoring and continuous improvement activities.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

SCRAP/ External PPMS Reduction
- Follow-up on QRQC focused on SCRAP/PPMS reduction
- Develop SCRAP management process for daily maintenance and update of the indicator.
- Develop and supervise SCRAP capture operator and create instructions to ensure correct SCRAP handling and recording.
- Analysis and creation of PPMS reduction process

ISO TS system
- Regular audits to ISO TS files and documents (CP)
- Collaboration to update documents
- Maintenance of calibration plan for gauges and measuring instruments

**Background & Skills**:

- Minimum of an AA degree or equivalent from Technical School and 6 months related experience on Danfoss products
- Desire for 4-year degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mfg. Engineering or ME/AgE
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Working knowledge of quality/problem solving tools (PPAP, Capability studies, PFMEA, Gauge R&R, 4-Step, 8D, Fishbone)
- Computer skills, (Microsoft Office, PLC, test stand)
- Ability to read and understand hydraulic & electrical schematics
- Customer Service mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure are necessary traits
