Responsibility

Lead the Quality department - strategic orientation and disciplinary management of the department
Disciplinary and functional management of the Quality department and thus central contact for all relevant quality issues (in Aguascalientes)
Support the start-up/ramp up on the location in Aguascalientes
Define local quality targets in coordination with Global Quality Functions and other Supply Chain departments

**CIP**: plan and coordinate projects to improve quality
Ensure quality of products, production processes and logistic processes towards the customer
Supporting Operations and Logistics in ensuring quality and definition of improvement measures
Application of quality strategy and methods at the site in cooperation with the global functions.
Implement and manage quality management and environmental management systems (according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) in cooperation with Balluff MS group
Ensure that global standard processes are implemented on site.
Perform and support audits (internally and externally)
Own the authority to stop unsafe work, production and processes if the appropriate quality is not met
Manage quality relevant KPIs (i.e. monitoring and ensure achievement of agreed quality objectives)

**Requirements**:
Technical degree in the field of mechanics, mechatronics, physical engineering or electronics - in each case with several years of professional experience in quality assurance
Very good knowledge of quality management, especially ISO 9001, ISO 14001
Structured approach to work, proven problem solving and methodological skills with quality methods such as FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa diagram, 5Why, MSA and SPC
Intercultural competence and very good written and spoken English skills
Willingness to travel internationally
Confident handling of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PP, etc.), and SAP
Sense of responsibility & Target orientation
Disciplinary leadership experience
Startup experience is desirable
