**We are looking fo Materials Planners for a big food and beberage company**

**Position**:Materials Planner

**Location**:Querétaro

**Role Purpose**: The Material Planner is responsible for managing material call-offs within the central supply chain function. This role involves close collaboration with the Central Supply Planner, Site Production Scheduler, Central Transport Planner, and cross-functional teams working collaboratively with Material Call Off. The primary objective is to ensure timely and complete material call-offs, enabling the achievement of committed output (OTIF).

**Responsabilities**:

- **2- 3 years of experience in a similar role**:

- **Advanced english level
- C1**:

- Responsible for Managing Alerts in the call off process including rescheduling alerts, over coverage, under coverage and short reporting.
- Responsible for the ordering process including converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders, sending purchase orders to vendor, and obtaining vendor confirmation.
- Responsible for the daily metrics review including inbound deliveries which are delivered short, taking care of material concerns and escalations, reviewing purchase orders not confirmed by the vendor.
- Responsible for the process of Tolling and Sub-Contracting including the dispatch of materials to vendor and updating the component details into a purchase order (Where applicable).
- Maintaining & managing supplier OTIF, escalating as and where required to Category Material Planner whilst maintaining reasoning codes for failures.
- Responsible for checking and flagging required maintenance of relevant master data for skus including management of NPI impacting call-off to Planning Data Analyst
