**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee all activities related to the company's tax management.
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all local and international tax obligations.
- Develop effective tax strategies that maximize financial performance and minimize tax risk.
- Lead the preparation and filing of tax returns, as well as tax audit management.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the effective integration of tax strategies into business operations.
- Supervise and train the tax team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree in Taxation highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in similar positions.
- Strong experience in tax returns, deferred taxes, transfer pricing, and tax compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive/manufacturing sector.
- Previous experience in a Big 4 accounting firm highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
