**Essential Functions and Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop the documentation such as training manuals, user guides, practice manuals and forms for the JOAM implementation practices.
- Support the development of Global Manufacturing Strategies for Joining Process.
- Implement proposal practices on pilot areas in the different Metalsa facilities.
- Provide training about JOAM practices in different Metalsa facilities.
- Collect lessons learned and enhancements on joining processes to ensure they are transferred or considered into the new projects and/or programs.
- Lead the evaluation of JOAM practices on specific phases for new launched projects.
- Perform periodical evaluations to verify the progress implementation of JOAM practices on different Metalsa facilities.
- Management the information and participation that is follow on council meetings.
- Management the KPI´s information of welding practices for all Metalsa facilities.
- Landing technology test or evaluations in order to define and validated the new welding technologies implementation.
- Participate and support in I4.0 implementation projects related to joining practices on the different pilot areas.
- Validation / Landing new technologies that come from other departments of Metalsa.
- Develop special test in order to evaluate the competitive advantages for every joining process and technologies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree on Engineering
- Welding Certification (CWI)
- English Language (90%)
- Master’s Degree, MBA, or other.
- Experience
- 2+ years of experience on Automotive Industry.
- 2+ years of experience on Welding Activities.
- Technical skills: Welding Parameterization, Robotic programming, Welding Visual Inspection, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering
