We are looking for a Customer Sales Assistant (M/F/d) to strengthen operations in our sales office in Mexico.

**Your Role**:

- You will support our local Sales Team with all administrative tasks, sales ad hoc requests and contact with customers
- You analyze customer data, file in travel expense reports and prepare reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint
- You coordinate appointments and meetings, arrange travel itineraries and remain calm even in the face of last-minute changes
- You will be in close contact with our Overseas Sales Customer Service team located in our Headquarter in Vienna, Austria as well as with our European based production facilities

**Your Profile**:

- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have 2-3 years of professional experience in internal sales or customer service
- You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You like to work independently, structured with numbers and good time management skills
- You communicate fluently in Spanish and English (C-Level), another foreign language is an advantage
- Experience in using ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus

For this position, we offer a monthly salary starting at MXN 35,000.00, plus benefits. There is a willingness to overpay depending on your individual profile and professional experience. Moreover, we offer private insurance, 1 month christmas bonus and 14 days of holiday during the first year.
