Descripción y detalle de las actividades OVERVIEW: Production Planning Clerk directly reports to Master Planning Scheduler and provides support in all planning activities related to MPS, OTD, Safety Stock and other KPI indicators. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Update Report Transfer Shipment on Time. - Update Bowling Chart report. - Review and Update Parameters for warehouse 007, 010 and 011. - Support MPS to provide any report related to Shipping Schedule, OTD, Shipments per day, etc. - Support to update MOR Reports. - Update 2030 LOG Report. - Create, Record, update, and share Booking Reports. - Update Production Rate Report. - Support to Update Line of Balance Report. - Update weekly reports related to Safety Stock Status. - Provide status of linked Sales orders. - Provide for Shipping Department sales order in plant 011 with inventory available in plant 007. - Support to Analyze demand vs production plan. - Other planning activities. Experiência y requisitos Qualifications: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certifications Trunked bachelor’s degree or >80% trunked bachelor’s degree High school diploma Experience MRP, VMI, Kanban, FIFO, JIT ERP knowledge (Avante if possible) Qualifications Bilingual English / Spanish Multi-task Hand On Self-motivated Customer focus with high sense of urgency Dynamic Analytical and results oriented Proactive Ability to drive people and team GOALS, BEHAVIORAL ATTRIBUTES, KSA (KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES): a) Strong communication/interpersonal skills b) Exceptional analytical and detail problem solving skills c) Self-starter d) Experience in manufacturing environment e) Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities f) Ability to work effectively in all environments g) Strong analytical and organizational skills h) Demonstrated oral and written communication skills i) Avante Knowledge is a Plus Organización TPE de México, S. de R.L. de C.V.
