**About the Position**:
As a _Lead React Native Developer _you will work on new technologies and find ways to meet our customers’ needs and make it easy for them to do business with us. You will be a part of a team to resolve a diverse range of complex problems and regularly lead multiple, technically complex, large-scale projects.

**Responsibilities**:
- Protect software quality and stability-
- Good deployment and rollback strategies-
- Protect user experience-
- Have transparency with product teams about risks and challenges-
- Foster team abilities and team growth-
- Keep tech debt in line-
- Resolve team conflicts, be a mediator-
- Keep track of user feedback**Requirements**:

- Upper-intermediate English proficiency
- 5+ years of experience working with React Native (CLI or Expo)
- Have some knowledge of native development or integration into react native projects, with at least one platform, either iOS or Android, and some experience with a mobile native language: Objective-C, Swift, Java or Kotlin
- Experience with Typescript & Javascript
- Deep understanding of design architectures and patterns
- Experience with RESTful API
- Knowledge of latest mobile emerging technologies, architectures, and trends
- Strong problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and capable of collaborating across teams
- Understanding the principles of the operation of HTTP, WebSockets

**Nice-To-Have Skills**:

- Unit and UI tests
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Understanding of GraphQL
- Prior experience working with CI/CD
