**IGNIA Full Time Administrator**

**LOCATION**: Currently Remote (Monterrey City)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- IGNIA accounts payable and monthly cash flow analysis.
- Monthly accounting closings of IGNIA companies. (Follow up with Controller + External accountant)
- Support IGNIA Controller in administrative activities: audits, payment letters, corporate governance reviews.
- Office administrator: Manage IGNIA’s team meetings and apps: zoom, slack and dropbox.
- HR Activities: control the team annual benefits calendar.
- ESG Activities: Be part of the ESG team and follow up important KPIs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 1 year of work experience in accounting, administration, management consulting, private equity or venture capital.
- Strong organizational, quantitative and analytical skills, detail-oriented and ability to multi
- task.
- Exceptional knowledge of, and experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- High degree of professionalism with written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English required.
