**Propósito de la posición**:
Analizar el desempeño digital de Nestlé Nutrición mediante campañas de marketing (orgánicas y pagadas), Influencer Marketing y alianzas con otras marcas. Monitorear la conversación en plataformas digitales y trabajar con equipos internos. Implementar campañas publicitarias en redes sociales y gestionar promociones que requieran asistencia en estos medios. Identificar tendencias y oportunidades de engagement, contribuyendo a una percepción positiva y buena reputación de Nestlé. Reporta directamente al DBA de las marcas, formando un equipo complementario.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Coordina la entrega de los materiales con Content Studio, para poder elaborar los formatos de implementación y compartir con agencia de medios (o equipos internos, en caso de ser orgánico) todo lo necesario para la implementación de las campañas.
- Monitorea la conversación en redes sociales. Involucra a la marca en diálogos relevantes, clasifica comentarios y colabora en respuestas específicas. Actualiza la guía de FAQs al menos dos veces al año para asegurar respuestas rápidas y positivas de Nestlé hacia los consumidores.
- Recopila, analiza e interpreta datos de campañas digitales utilizando herramientas como Google Analytics. Mide el rendimiento en diversas áreas (SoMe, Website, CRM, Search, SEO/SEM, Influencer Marketing), identificar tendencias y elaborar informes. Además, contacta agencias y áreas internas de Nestlé para obtener información, y debe definir los objetivos de marketing y segmentos de audiencia para establecer indicadores de evaluación.
- Monitorea noticias sobre lanzamientos y fusiones en la industria, transmitiendo información internamente para ayudar a Nestlé a planificar su inversión en medios digitales y mantener a la comunidad de Marketing actualizada en tendencias del sector.
- Responsable del mantenimiento del sitio B&M, lo que incluye crear y programar contenido, gestionar la comunidad y monitorear métricas de rendimiento. También realiza informes de análisis, investiga palabras clave, optimiza el contenido del sitio web y administra campañas de Google Ads para mejorar el posicionamiento en motores de búsqueda.

**Requisitos**:

- Egresado de carreras como Marketing, Comunicación, etc.
- Experiência clave en manejo de redes sociales y plataformas digitales de comunicación, preferente en empresas de Alimentos o CPG que ejecuten grandes promociones con consumidor realizando análisis de métricas de redes sociales.
- Inglés avanzado.
