- EXCELENTES HABILIDADES DE COMUNICACIÓN **EN INGLÉS SON IMPRESCINDIBLES **(ESCRITAS Y VERBALES)

**ACTIVIDADES**:

- GUIAR A LOS CLIENTES A TRAVÉS DEL PROCESO DE SOLICITUD EN LÍNEA
- DOCUMENTAR TODAS LAS INTERACCIONES CON EL CLIENTE DE MANERA CLARA Y COHERENTE
- AYUDAR A LOS CLIENTES A PROGRAMAR O AJUSTAR PAGOS
- SIGA LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS, DIRECTRICES Y POLÍTICAS DE COMUNICACIÓN
- MANTENER LA COMPOSICIÓN EN SITUACIONES ESCALADAS

HORARIO:
5 DÍAS A LA SEMANA, 2 DÍAS LIBRE
LUNES 5 A. M. - 2 P. M. JUEVES, VIERNES Y DOMINGO 7 AM - 4 PM. SÁBADO 6 AM - 3 PM.
MARTES Y MIÉRCOLES LIBRES

SUELDO:
SALARIO Y BENEFICIOS: $12.000 SALARIO BASE MENSUAL + BONO MENSUAL $3.000 + BONOS DE COMIDA $800 + BENEFICIOS LEGALES
