**Misión del Puesto**:
Suministrar, de manera oportuna, la información relacionada con la administración y manejo de los fondos, de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos establecidos.

**Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales**:
1. Preparar, analizar y suministrar información de la gestión financiera del negocio, tales como índices de rentabilidad, costos por producto, análisis de ingresos y gastos, etc.,

2. Elaborar reportes financieros periódicos, que permitan determinar la factibilidad de las acciones a seguir.

3. Analizar los estados financieros para evaluar indicadores, preparar reportes y anexos complementarios con información requerida por la Gerencia de Finanzas

4. Efectuar, en conjunto con el Gerente de Finanzas y Administración, y dar seguimiento a proyecciones financieras, (gastos de capital proyectado, estado de resultados proyectados, etc.) que permitan una adecuada planificación y uso de los recursos.

5. Administrar el manejo de los fondos en los bancos, siguiendo procedimientos establecidos.

6. Preparar, en conjunto con el Gerente de Finanzas y Administración, y dar seguimiento, a la ejecución del presupuesto anual de la empresa.

7. Asistir a la Gerencia de Finanzas y Administración en el establecimiento, actualización y seguimiento de controles y procedimientos internos para el control de los gastos operativos, haciendo más eficiente la operación de la empresa.

8.Archivar documentos, físicos y/o electrónicos bajo su responsabilidad.

9. Realizar otras funciones asignadas al puesto, tales como: Revisión y conciliación de cuentas contables, registro de pólizas, proceso de cierre de mes, etc.

**Requisitos**:

- Contador Púbilico con mínimo de dos años en puesto similar
- Inglés fluido indispensable
- Excel Avanzado
- Conocimientos en Oracle es un plus
