**Acerca del equipo**
El propósito principal de **Sales Operation (Renovaciones)** es garantizar la continuidad y fortalecimiento de las relaciones con nuestros clientes actuales, asegurando la renovación oportuna de contratos y servicios, así como identificando oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de las cuentas existentes.

**Funciones principales**:

- Gestionar el ciclo completo de renovación de contratos de servicios de TI, desde la notificación, cotización hasta el cierre.
- Colaborar con los equipos de ventas y cobranza para asegurar procesos ágiles y transparentes.
- Mantener un seguimiento continuo de las fechas clave e interacciones de los clientes de renovación mediante herramientas CRM.
- Elaborar reportes y dashboards sobre el estado del portafolio de renovaciones y su impacto en los ingresos recurrentes.
- Identificar riesgos de cancelación y trabajar en estrategias de retención junto al área comercial y marketing.
- Realizar solicitudes de baja y alta de productos en el sistema, coordinando con las áreas técnicas.
- Trabajar conjuntamente con mayoristas y el área financiera para la revisión y control de productos y clientes existentes.

**Requisitos**:

- Al menos 1 año de experiência en roles comerciales, operaciones, renovaciones o atención a clientes.
- Experiência en el manejo de herramientas CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot o similares).
- Conocimiento en procesos comerciales y ciclos de contratación.
- Habilidades analíticas para interpretar datos y generar insights accionables.
- Excelente comunicación y capacidad de negociación.
- Conocimiento en elaboración de cotizaciones y propuestas comerciales.
