We are currently seeking a Project Manager-Middle to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

**Job Description - Project Manager Mid**

**Job Objective**:

- Manage the development and delivery of software projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and reaching expected quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to align goals and expectations.

**Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)**
- Plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring key milestones are met.
- Coordinate with software architects, developers, designers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and resources as necessary.
- Handle budgets, schedules, and resources, optimizing allocation and utilization.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming and sprint reviews.
- Maintain strong communication with client contacts to ensure a common understanding of the project status and process.
- Communicate risks timely and adequately to delivery managers.

**Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)**
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing software development projects.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

**Travel**:Not required. Preferred location is Mexico City, Mexico.

**Degree**:Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

**Nice to Have; (But not a must)**
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).

**Languange**:

- Spanish
- English is desired
