Accounts Receivable Credit Analyst

**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Issue credit and debit memos as needed
- Mediates between customer and internal Gates' departments such as Customer Service, Marketing, Distribution, Sales and other as required
- Provides various monthly reporting of collection activity determined by management
Researching the reason of payment discrepancies and looking and pushing for prompt approval among areas involved such as Customer Service, Distribution, Marketing, Sales, Plants, etc.
- Other tasks or duties as assigned.
- To follow and to honor Government environment obligations

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2 to 4 years in administrative, accounting
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or Accounting
- Medium accounting knowledge with experience in all areas of general accounting
- Medium knowledge of international accounting knowledge beneficial
- Medium knowledge of general principles of finance
- Knowledge of marketing and sales principles
- Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills
- Medium interpersonal relationship and negotiation skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer skills with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly
- English Intermediate Level
- Knowledge / experience with Oracle ERP
- Medium experience with SOX controls auditing processes and is committed to the importance of accounting standards and controls
