Customer Service.
Access and management of customer portals (Covisint).
Ability to process EDI messages with customers.
Manage production schedule in SAP and ORSOFT system according to customer demand.
Plan and maintain requirements to raw material suppliers.
Analyze short and medium term demand to make production plan.
Provide follow up to customer's Delivery Performance.
In charge of configuring new customer requirements.
Follow up on customer's logistic claims.
Oversees compliance to customer requirements (Labels, EDI Messages, Documents).
