**Job Description**:
**Job Summary**

This role applies technical expertise to complex customer environments, leads issue resolution efforts, and ensures satisfaction with HP's industrial printing solutions. It also contributes to long-term account success through proactive service and strategic technical engagement.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform **hardware and electronics troubleshooting** on industrial digital presses and related systems.
- Lead or support **installation, commissioning, and preventative maintenance** of press hardware at customer sites.
- Provide **on-site technical support** and training to customers during and after installation.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve cross-technology issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide reports on technical interventions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer engineering and production teams, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- Identify additional service opportunities and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

**Education & Experience**
- Degree in **Electronics Engineering**, **Electromechanics**, **Mechanical Engineering**, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in **field service**, **hardware support**, or **industrial equipment maintenance**. Experience with HP industrial printers or digital press equipment is a plus.
- Advanced English communication skills are required.
- Comfortable working independently and traveling regularly within northern Mexico.

**Preferred Certifications**
- ITIL Certification (basic understanding of service frameworks)
- Certifications related to **Electrical Safety**, **Mechanical Hazard Management**, or **Field Service Engineering**

**Knowledge & Skills**
- ** Strong understanding of electronics, mechanics, and industrial automation**:

- Proficient in **reading electrical schematics** and resolving wiring/electronic issues
- Familiar with **test equipment**, **hand tools**, and **safety procedures**:

- Experience with **commissioning industrial machines**:

- Basic understanding of OS (Windows/Linux), scripting, and networking for diagnostics is a plus, but this is not a software role
- Strong communication, project management, and customer service skills

**Additional Information**
- ** Schedule**: Full time
- ** Shift**: First Shift (Mexico)
- ** Travel**: Required between Reynosa and Monterrey
