All Freight Trucking Inc. is a California-based logistics and transportation company with terminal operations in **Riverside** and **San Leandro**. We specialize in freight delivery, warehouse coordination, and fleet operations. Our team supports a fast-paced and compliance-driven environment with a strong focus on operational excellence.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **HR Specialist** to support our **U.S. operations** from our **Querétaro office**. This position is fully dedicated to handling human resources functions for our **California-based terminals**. You will manage day-to-day HR processes including onboarding, documentation, compliance, and employee support for our U.S. workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires in California, including background checks, document collection, and system setup.
- Prepare and manage employee records, offer letters, corrective actions, and HR documentation in compliance with U.S. and California labor laws.
- Support recruiting activities by posting job ads, screening applicants, and organizing interview schedules for U.S.based roles.
- Track employee certifications, training, and DOT compliance for drivers and warehouse personnel.
- Manage PTO, benefits enrollment forms, and update personnel data in HR systems.
- Maintain clear, organized records for audits and reporting.
- Communicate with terminal managers and supervisors in Riverside and San Leandro to resolve employee-related issues and ensure consistent HR support.
- Monitor deadlines related to employee documentation and assist in HR policy enforcement.
- Support periodic HR reporting and internal tracking processes required by the U.S. team.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
- Bilingual - strong written and spoken English is **required**; Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with U.S. labor practices (California labor law knowledge preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Paychex).
- U.S. Visa required for business trips to terminals

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience supporting U.S.based employees remotely.
- Knowledge of HR compliance for transportation or logistics industries.
- Understanding of DOT and OSHA-related personnel documentation.
