We are looking for an Associate Brand Manager to participate in designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to build our brand and increase customer engagement. For this role, you will collaborate with various internal teams to conduct market and competitive analyses, design promotional campaigns and develop profitable positioning and pricing for our brand. You should hold a degree in Marketing or a similar field and have a deep understanding of multiple distribution channels and advertising activities. If you also have previous experience analyzing consumer behavior and organizing promotional events, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will help establish our brand in the market in a way that customers easily identify and select our company’s products and services.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- ** Research and analysis**:
- Conduct research to identify market trends and target customers’ preferences.
- Create marketing plans to increase brand awareness.
- Ensure a strong brand presence in online and offline channels.
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics.
- Research competition and identify growth opportunities.
- Design advertising campaigns for new products/services.
- Participate in organizing promotional events to positively present our company
- **Assisting Product Marketing Manager**
- Coordinate with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure consistency with the product line strategy.
- Assist with the product launches, post-launch sale review, planning promotion plan and its alignment.
- Monitor product distribution, marketplaces queries, and consumer reactions.
- Assist in developing effective media campaigns and choosing appropriate distribution channels.
- Review packaging and positioning of products and suggest improvements.
- End-of-life review, planning, and monitoring.
- Update the pricing of products to align with the company’s long-term objectives. Monthly updating of the margin file.
- Assist in SKU creations: b2b and b2c; Kits creations, 2ship updates.
- Supporting in ad hoc projects: gift cards, extended warranty, margin file.
- **Digital Content creation**:
- Regularly monitors digital trends and results, participating actively in monthly and quarterly metrics analysis and reporting.
- Works to understand available data and trends at all three levels of the user journey funnel (acquisition, engagement, and conversion) and takes steps to advance progress at all three levels. Uses that data as part of close collaborations with web team leaders and colleagues, business unit clients, and the Integrated Marketing team to continuously enhance content on assigned websites and improve overall site quality.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team, working from briefs to plan, execute, edit, and deliver all visual content.
- Develop a recognizable photo/video style for our brands. Use your creativity to look for opportunities to further amplify our brands through visual content.
- Formulating the processes of a full cycle of creative production: from idea generation to final implementation.
- Develop visual guidelines, storyboard, shot list and review, scripts, and brief for each type of content produced, and we order from the photography agency.
- Manage photo/video content workflow from brief through to delivery - such as internal/external interviews, case studies, social media, team training & on-site production, etc.
- Perform content auditing, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of systems to ensure content adheres to brand and retailer specifications.
- Create photos/videos for social media, team training, case studies, interviews, podcasts, new technologies, and more.
- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns).
- Manual creation for new products and manual edits for the existing ones.
- Coordinate the printing materials process flow.
**Qualification**:
- Previous work experience as an Associate Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, Marketing Associate, or similar role
- Experience with product pricing, packaging, and positioning
- Familiarity with distribution channels and media marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Ability to conduct market analysis (and the know-how to use and interpret spreadsheets and charts)
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity
- BSc in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field
- Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting, and content management systems and processes
