**Summary**
**We are seeking a talented, self motivated, and documentation/process oriented Architect to help drive the continued growth of delivery practice within Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce Cloud as well as play a double roll as our Boomi/Integration Architect. This person would be a foundational hire to help us define our ways of working for new and existing clients as well as help define the standards forward. This will be a player/coach role where hands on work will still be needed until the team is further built out.

Business Requirements Development and Solution Architecture DevelopmentProcess and Standards Definition on our Existing and Net-New Project approach including Managed Services CapabilityTeam Guidance and Support on Best PracticesDevelopment of Options and Recommendations for Client Challenges/Gaps/RequestsDevelopment of Process and Standards for our Internal Function to delivery high value to our clients in a standardized wayMentoring and Development of Salesforce and Boomi TeamsHelping with Hiring, Onboarding, and Training Salesforce and Boomi Staff as additions occurClient Facing Role with focus on value creationCollaboration with Other Developers and Team Members
