Partners with Senior Leadership to create short-term strategy of assigned product group; strategy ensures that product lines meet customer needs, meet budgetary requirements, and quality targets. (35%)
Leads professionals and/or managers to ensure that goals of the team align to overall company strategy. (30%)
Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires conceptual thinking and in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives (30%)
Establishes systems to collect metrics and analyze customer needs for continued growth and profitability. (5%)
