We are currently seeking a QA Delivery Manager to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Manages a staff of professional-level team members or manages a team through lower-level supervisors.

Works within general policies and management guidance, independently determining approach to managing daily operations.

Provides guidance and technical advice, becoming actively involved as necessary

Expert influencing and communication skills. Exceptional knowledge of relevant operational process area software and support, infrastructure services and business process services.

**Experience**:
Account/Delivery Management-Practice Management-Practice Leader - 8 plus years
