Empresa multinacional automotriz americana busca un Program Manager para su planta Tier 1 ubicada en Ciudad Juárez.

**Your new role**
En este rol tendrás a tu cargo equipos multidisciplinarios para llevar a cabo proyectos locales a gran escala de industrialización, aumento de capacidad, nuevos productos, entre otros. Manejarás el budget de dichos proyectos y tendrás contacto directo con los clientes más importantes de la compañía.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Requisitos indispensables:

- +5 Años de experiência en puestos de Project Manager, Program Manager o similares.
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería
- Conocimientos básicos de finanzas y manejo de presupuestos
- Conocimiento de normas IATF, BIQ, OSHAS.
- Manejo de Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, AMEF).
- Experiência en Automotriz Tier 1
- Experiência con clientes GM, Ford, Stellantis (Chrysler).
- Experiência liderando proyectos de industrialización, mejora de procesos, aumento de capacidad, etc.
- Habilidades de liderazgo y manejo de equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Inglés Avanzado 90% (Indispensable)
- Certificación PMP (plus)
- Disposición para trabajar en Ciudad Juárez.
