**YOUR ROLE**

**As part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will create/develop dispositions to non-conformance material, parts, assemblies and systems. You will**:

- **Investigate non-conformances reported by quality group.**:

- **Evaluate manufacturing deviation and its effect within the assembly.**:

- **Create engineering dispositions, supported by drawing/sketches and company/international standards.**:

- **Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.**:

- **Work in close collaboration with Engineering Specialist such as Stress, M&P, and Aerodynamics.**:

- **Work in close collaboration with production and production support groups (Methods/manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics) to troubleshoot and resolve operational or engineering issues on aircraft.**:

- **Exchange information and collaborate with other sites to ensure sharing of technical knowledge.**:
**YOUR PROFILE**
- **You have a bachelor's degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering or related field.**:

- **You have a minimum of five (5) years MRB/MAP experience in commercial / business aircrafts or eight (8) years design experience in Aerospace.**:

- **You have excellent knowledge of aircraft structure and system installation.**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Good knowledge in mechanics of material, stress analysis and composite materials.**:

- **You have the desire and capability to obtain Engineering MRB delegation after a period of on-the-job training.**:

- **Knowledge in design office (design or stress) of aircrafts structures (Airframe).**:

- **Good knowledge in CATIA V5 or similar CAD Software.**:

- **You are able to work autonomously and be a good team player.**:

- **You have a good command of English language (written and spoken). Being completely bilingual (French and English) is an asset.**:

- **You are an energetic person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high sense of commitment, and a willingness to accept responsibilities while acting independently in a high-pressure partner/supplier team environment.**:

- **Must be proficient in MSOffice.
