**Job Title: ServiceNow HR Product Lead LifeCycle and Chat**:

**Introduction to Role**:
Join our team at AstraZeneca as a ServiceNow HR Product Lead LifeCycle and Chat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the LifeCycle Events, Virtual Assistant, and Agent Chat tools. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that these tools are continually improved, that content is relevant, and that the user experience is first class. **Accountabilities**:
Your responsibilities will include ensuring that BAU demand is delivered, assisting with the delivery of metrics/reporting/dashboards and analytics, liaising with advisory desks to improve content, reviewing the upgrade functionality for LifeCycle Events, Virtual Assistant and Agent Chat, and working with key HR stakeholders to review and adopt latest features. You will also be responsible for analysing usage data and ensuring maximum adoption of functionality across the HR portfolio of services.

**Essential**
- Must have experience operating in global teams with strong communication and influencing skills
- Understanding of and experience with ServiceNow HRSD
- Strong interpersonal skills (written, verbal, presentation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience fostering continuous improvement.
- Experience using enterprise agile planning tools (e.g. Atlassian Jira, AirFocus, Miro etc.)
- Operationally astute and tenacious, being able to cut through issues to deliver excellent results.
- Familiarity of working in an international, multi-time zone support environment.
- Technical background and willingness to work agnostically
- Strong decision-making capability

**Desirable**
- ServiceNow HCM Fundamentals
- Formal certification in business analysis practice
- LEAN expertise/certification.
