Buyer / Expeditor

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Source and procure materials, components, and equipment needed for production and operations.

Collaborate closely with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Place purchase orders and manage order confirmations, tracking shipments, and resolving any delivery issues.

Expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and manage changes in delivery schedules.

Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, pricing, and supplier information.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Monitor supplier performance and assess potential risks in the supply chain.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, with a minimum of [X] years of experience.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
