The
**Education team** is looking for a
**Technical Training Consultant** to teach internal, public and/or customer onsite training sessions in the classroom and remotely using live web technology.

SAS Education’s mission is to enable the consideration, use, and adoption of SAS Software. We are a team of 350 learning professionals worldwide that focus on developing SAS skills so that our customers are prepared to maximize their investment with SAS.

Our Latin America customer training market is a growing and thriving business that as a result of its growth, is looking for opportunities to operationalize the region. The Latin America regional team is geographically dispersed yet know how to build a strong team culture and have fun while doing it.

**As a**
**Technical Training Consultant**
**, you will**:

- Conducts internal, public classroom training and workshops at company training centers, third-party classrooms, and customer sites.
- Delivers public and customer onsite training sessions and remote live web classes
- Assists other instructors during workshops for training courses.
- Participates in course development projects and preparation of training materials.
- May serve as curriculum consultant to direct students into correct training path

**Required qualifications**
- 3 years of experience in SAS Programming, SAS Viya and SAS Analytics.
- Bachelor´s degree in Actuary, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or related.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with users with various technical backgrounds including experienced programmers
- Working knowledge of training methodologies, curriculum development, and training media
- An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
