- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. May be client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.- Detailed Description-
- Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Software development to support business operations using several programming platforms
- Administrate system configuration changes, new features modeling, testing and deployment with the MES and existing systems that support operations. Monitor user requests and propose solutions.
- Support design, development and implementation of IT solutions that are help production in reduction and elimination of miss operations, improve productivity and satisfy our customers.
- Support to operations initiatives that require IT solutions and are aligned to best practices and use of core systems.
- Creation of specifications, and conceptual designs for software solutions based on business requirements, moreover must validate are well documented and reflect and meet business needs.
- Installation and deployment of software solutions, development of user manuals and visual aids.
- Requirements- Full stack development experience with C#.NET, RESTful services, javascript, MSSQL, RDBMS.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
- Must have 5+ years of applicable IT experience
- Demonstrates strong customer service focus, analytical, problem solving and teamwork abilities
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to use a wide degree of creativity and latitude to think differently, challenge conventional wisdom, and drive new best practices
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Management
- Independent follow-through ability and keen attention to details
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
- Requires the ability to respond to IT problems that occur outside of business hours including evenings and weekends
