The Sr. Quality Engineer establishes, maintains, and improves all areas of the Quality System to ensure that manufacturing processes are controlled and regularly reviewed, analyzed, and reported in an effort to contribute to continuous improvement within production facilities.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Provide advice and support to quality teams.
- Assist with the analysis of process inspection criteria
- Approval of certificates (Hi-pot, EC, Test Report, Calibration, etc.).
- Conduct quality meetings, customer complaints, and agency information.
- Conduct process audits and finished product audits, both according to established procedures.
- Implement product and/or process improvement projects.
- Provide support for external audits of the QMS and/or agencies.
- Ensure compliance with metrology, calibration systems and Static Control systems.
- Ensure the registration and preservation of quality records.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and specifications established in the quality management system.
- Develop acceptance criteria for final products.
- Perform PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and Control Plans for assemblies.
- Perform GR&R (Gage Reliability and Reproducibility) and MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) analyses of calibration and testing equipment.

**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart**:

- Engineering degree
- Advanced English (B2 or C1)
- Proficiency in GD&T
- Knowledge on ISO-9001, metrology, HOLD processes, CA´s, problem soluction systems
- Knowledge in Six Sigma (green or black belt) or Lean Manufacturing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in managing audits
