**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a Driver to join our global family. The Driver has the very important task of transport our clients and provide superior customer service to assigned routes. Drivers are responsible for navigating in compliance with government regulations, as well as company standards.

Being a Discova Driver goes beyond the average expectations of delivering exceptional organization management, meeting client and agents’ satisfaction, and having excellent customer service on transfers, day trips, and multi-day. **Key responsibilities**
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner in compliance with traffic law and government regulations.
- Ensure amazing meet and wonderful experience through punctuality, personalized service, and professional appearance in Discova-branded materials.
- Performs pre
- and post
- trip inspection of vehicle and reports any mechanical or safety issues to Fleet Admin.
- Maintain the vehicle clean and sanitized following Discova H&S procedures.
- Ensures that services with specific amenities are identified and that the amenities are ready for the passenger’s arrival time (including specific food and beverage, car seats, disabled services, etc.)
- Courteously interacts with customers and ensuring customers are serviced in a professional and timely manner.

**Essential Qualifications and Experience**
- Fluent in national local language and English.
- Valid driving license in category AF.
- Minimum 2 years of experiences as driver.
- Currently located in Cancún.

- Well-developed problem-solving skill.
- Customer centric with commitment to high standards of service delivery.
- Flexible rotating roster that may include late nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Ability to work with uncertainties/changing priorities and under pressure.

- Proficient with various navigation apps
