AG Industries are passionate about innovation and continuous improvement. We're on the hunt for a driven and dynamic **Site Controller** to join the finance team in Tijuana, Mexico.

**Role Overview**: Are you a finance professional with a thirst for excellence? In this role, you'll lead the Finance function at the Mexico Contract Manufacturing location. You'll be the driving force behind operational finance, supporting lean manufacturing efforts, enhancing productivity, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs). AG Industries thrive on problem-solving and seizing opportunities to drive business results.

**Key Responsibilities**: As a Site Controller at AG Industries, you will:

- Implement finance processes and policies while adhering to local and corporate standards.
- Own the month-end close cycle, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Lead all aspects of Finance at this global production facility.
- Coordinate and direct budget, procurement, and investment activities.
- Prepare and present financial reports and risk analysis.
- Create budgets and forecasts that shape our financial future.
- Coordinate and audit physical inventory activities.
- Analyze overhead and landed costs for cost accuracy.
- Support productivity programs and prioritize top initiatives.
- Provide data analytic support for production and capacity planning.
- Establish KPIs and ROI metrics to measure efficiency.
- Offer analytical support to senior management.
- Participate in and/or lead ad hoc projects.
- Develop a strong finance team focused on Collections, Customer Service, and Transactional support.
- Perform detailed balance sheet reviews.
- Embrace a continuous improvement mindset.
- Promote cross-functional partnerships for deeper insights.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should have:

- Experience in cost accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and manufacturing/operations.
- Past work experience as a Finance Manager or Site Controller.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Proactive, strategic thinking abilities.
- Deep understanding of financial statements and modeling.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- A curious and dedicated mindset.
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills.
