Technical Project Manager
For this leadership position, we’re looking for a team player that can take over a group of IT Programmers and Developers, setting the right path to help them meet timelines, adhere to budgets, and execute projects according to schedule.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create management, communication plans and processes.
- Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.
- Define project responsibilities along with CEO and other technical leaders.
- Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project.
- Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with a project or task.
- Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience and write up new development tasks as needed.
- Coordinate User Testing and Feedback
- Identify key resource needs before and during the development of projects.
- Make sure projects include or identify the following elements: scoping/discovery, requirement gathering, sourcing, and implementation.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position in the IT/Software/Programming industry.
- Tech Savvy with a strong call for learning.
- Excellent time management skills
- Provable experience in a leadership position.
- Detail oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate with both customers and IT team members of all levels.
- Creative thinker who wants to take part in the creation of great technical solutions.
**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month
