**General Purpose**:
**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Primary responsibilities involve managing NPI Data Flow_
- Capture new part numbers from every business unit, stage and deliver to respective portals
- Maintain all customer load templates & track all load schedules and events
- Communicate with all product management groups on new part releases
- Follow-up with all data receivers to ensure deliveries have been successfully implemented
- Conduct data audits between customer and in house systems to ensure data integrity / accuracy
- Project management
- Build and maintain cross-departmental relationships
**Knowledge/Skills**
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision - Aftermarket experience preferred
- Microsoft Office suite with extreme focus on Microsoft Excel & Access
- Detail oriented and result driven
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to multi-task & project manage
- Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English & Spanish
**Education Requirements/ Experience**
- Associates degree with heavy focus on data management
- Automotive certification/apprenticeship would be evaluated
- Automotive aftermarket experience preferred
- Experience supporting aftermarket automotive data
- Preferred minimum of 1-2 years demonstrated automotive aftermarket parts experience
