**What you will do**:
- Encourage growth and career advancement among our Talents, in line with business direction
- Foster a strong performance culture through clear expectations and the importance to Ericsson

**You will bring**:
- BA in HR Management or related field
- Demonstrable experience as HRBP/HR Generalist for more than 8 years
- English & Spanish proficiency
- Broad understanding of HR best practices, culture, diversity & inclusion programs, and the creation of greater business values
- Knowledge of HR Processes & Disciplines, on Total Rewards, Labor Relations, Laws & Legislation, Leadership Planning, Cultural development, Organizational change, Organizational development, and all other areas related
- Consultative Skills and data driven: People analytics, statistics & Performance indicators (KPI's) experience
- Financial Acumen & Skills to handle a budget
- Project Management Skills
- Change & Improvement Management Skills
- Strategy Execution Knowledge & Skills
