Descripción y detalle de las actividades
1. Responsible for determining the training, development and employee orientation needs within the different areas of the company. 2. Implements the training, development and employee orientation programs, contacting specialized companies, educational institutions and outside consultants to update the inventory of courses. 3. Controls the selection, production and acquisition of training material and submits them for approval to management. 4. Evaluates the effectiveness of the training and development program and proposes recommendations for improvement. 5. Participates in the implementation of the organizational culture. 6. Participates in the implementation of motivational programs, social, cultural, recreational and sporting events as well as activities to support the community. 7. Assures the integrity of the training and development process data base to meet the legal requirements as the applicable international certifications. Responsible for documenting and registering before the corresponding authorities, the training and development programs.
Experiência y requisitos
Educational requirements:
- professional Degree (Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or Industrial Engineering Major, etc.) Experience Required:
- 3 to 5 years in training processes and group facilitation. English 80 % Computer Usage:
