We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Administration & Business Support Manager

Role purpose:
Administration Management roles may be located in specialist teams as well as in established BAU teams. These may be in teams or departments carrying out specialist work where the role holder is expected to have knowledge in the field. The principal accountability will be to manage a team of administration and support staff.

**Main acitivities**:
Administration Management jobs may carry out tasks such as:

- Overseeing activities such as disseminating information, drafting presentations and documents file and document management
- Overseeing and ensuring that administrative tasks and systems updating activities are in line with procedures which operate in the respective area
- Monitor Service Level Agreements and take ownership to address shortfalls or unexpected events
- Manage and plan work schedules to ensure optimum coverage for stakeholders
- Ensure that team members are equipped with systems, resources and expertise to support stakeholders
- Manage the provision of developmental activity for team members

- Fluent english
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and innovation focus
- Reporting and office management experience
- Desirable knowledge of Phyton, Qlik
