What we are looking for in you

Umvel is looking for a** Bilingual L1 Support Engineer.**

**Functions and Responsibilities**
- Attention, follow-up, classification and resolution of tickets.
- Replication of failures.
- Correct documentation of the activities carried out for the tickets attention.
- Test matrices.
- Consulting and feeding the internal knowledge base to provide accurate technical solutions.

**Technical knowledge**
- Incident and fault diagnosis analysis.Google Tools
- Networking, VPN, IP, Hardware and Software.
- Advanced English
