**Purpose of Role**
- Toevaluate customer business needs and logistics/courier requirements and formatan effective plan to meet such needs and requirements.
- To handle,monitor and follow-up on incoming customer requests for OBC shipments in a 24/7shift cover.
- Tomaximize business opportunities by offering customers tailored-made solutionsto meet with clients requests within budgetary and operational restrictions,while making suitable profit for the Company.
- To buildstrong productive relationships with clients to ensure business objectives areachieved.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Toexercise both discretion and independent judgment in performing the duties ofthe job.
- Towork with management to develop appropriate policies to achieve the goals ofthe Company.
- Towork directly with management to implement Company policies to ensure thatcustomer needs are being met, such as budgeting and on time delivery.
- Toevaluate customer business needs and logistics/courier requirements and formatan effective plan to meet such needs and requirements.
- Tohandle, monitor and follow-up on incoming customer requests for OBC shipmentsin a 24/7 shift cover.
- Tomaximize business opportunities by offering customers tailored-made solutionsto meet with clients requests within budgetary and operational restrictions,while making suitable profit for the Company.
- Tobuild strong productive relationships with clients to ensure businessobjectives are achieved.
- Preparingof time-critical quotations for incoming requests ensuring a timely offer withdetailed and accurate information is provided to clients.
- Allocatingof couriers to pending orders for worldwide requests and booking of theirtravel arrangements.
- Liaise,direct and give clear detailed instructions and information to couriers ontheir assignments and modify assignments as broker deems necessary to meetglobal customer needs.
- Monitorand tracking of on-going shipments with the purpose to ensure a high qualityservice is delivered to the customers and the companys expectations are met atany time.
- Sourcing,selecting and negotiating with external suppliers and service providers withthe responsibility of determining and delivering appropriate training ifnecessary to meet the company requirements.
- Debtorand Creditor Invoicing and order settlement.

**Communication**
- Participatein conference calls to ensure effective sharing of information and fullawareness of others in the OBC team and other offices.
- Keepup to date with activities of OBC Broker(s) using the appropriate network ofcommunication.

**Correlation with**
- Tocollaborate with OBC Broker(s), OBC Sales staff and OBC Management across thegroup.
