Position Summary:
Core Competencies:

- Proficiency in SQL development and basic SQL skills.
- Knowledge of XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with.Net or C# programming languages.
- Ability to interpret and follow Flow-charts and UML diagrams.
- Expertise in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Resourcefulness in complex situations.
- Experience in Business System Analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of software, MES, SAP, and manufacturing process improvement methodologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop deep product knowledge across various business lines, particularly in MES and SAP.
- Suggest system modifications that align with customer needs and manufacturing best practices.
- Accurately complete tasks within agreed timeframes and effort commitments.
- Validate design approaches with client users as necessary.
- Support development, quality assurance, implementation, and client production teams, with a focus on MES and SAP configurations.
- Troubleshoot various challenges, offering innovative solutions.
- Contribute to work effort estimation and proactive risk mitigation.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external teams.
- Execute system validation testing as needed.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements in the context of MES and SAP integration.
