**Job Description** Join Our Team as a Quality Engineer (Automotive Manufacturing)**

Are you a Quality Engineer with a passion for the automotive industry? Do you have a C1 English level or above? Are you legally able to work in Mexico and open to relocating to the UK after an initial period? If so, we want to hear from you

**About the Role**: Our expertise covers automotive, bus, truck, agricultural, and industrial vehicles. We are working on technological breakthroughs that will facilitate the mobility of tomorrow. Working in conjunction with key engineering teams across Segula Technologies Automotive engineering function, this role will be the perfect fit for anyone looking to build on their experience within Quality Engineering.

**️ Role Responsibilities include**:

- Planning, organizing, and conducting activities within its area effectively.
- Reporting deviations from the standard and taking appropriate measures and corrective actions.
- Limiting losses and conducting internal audits.
- Creating qualitative documentation related to the process and the product, as well as the quality management system.
- Conducting internal quality trainings and raising the quality awareness of colleagues.
- Maintaining and operating within IATF 16949 quality system requirements in addition to customer-specific requirements.
- Providing information and reports on the current implementation of tasks.
- Undertaking corrective actions in the event of non-compliance with the product/process requirements.

**Qualifications** Qualifications Required**:

- 2 years of experience in the automotive production sector in a quality department on an engineering position, or 3 years of experience in the quality department in the production sector.
- Engineering degree or technical college degree with 3 years of experience in the automotive production sector in the quality department.
- Training in the following areas: IATF 16949/SPC/MSA/FMEA/APQP/PPAP.
- Audits - ISO19011 training or 1 year in the automotive production sector (IATF16949, VDA).

**Requirements**:

- C1 English level or above.
- Legally able to work in Mexico.
- Willingness to relocate to the UK after an initial period.
- Ability to visit multiple sites where necessary.

**Additional Information**
Notice that during a period you work from mexico in home office and then when you travel to Europe you will work on-site
